Brought in my 2009 Chevy Traverse. Air conditioning was not working properly, check engine light was on, and there was a recall. A/C was not under warranty. Cost almost $800.00 to repair. Check engine light was due to timing chains. Repair was under warranty. Rental car was paid by Rinke. Recall was addressed. I was mostly satisfied with my experience. Car was returned with greasy fingerprints on front hood...it's white. A previous dealer I used to go to would wash the vehicle as a courtesy when it was in for repairs. Unfortunately, my problem began on a Friday afternoon. My car was towed in, but the dealer could not even look at it until Monday. Well, Monday turned into Tuesday, when I finally got a diagnosis. A part was needed and had to be ordered. Wednesday or Thursday.... I got the vehicle back on Thursday morning. The good news is that the repair was covered by my GM Protection plan!
