  • My 2010 Acadia needed an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor (Rick, I think) was very attentive to my needs. He pointed out a potential recall issue regarding the water pump and explained what and how service would be performed if it was necessary. I was never aware of this issue until he told me about it....VERY TOP NOTCH. This is only one example of why I continue to have my GM vehicles serviced at Rinke Chevrolet. I have never had a bad experience here in the eight years or more that I have made Rinke my all-around GM dealer. Don't even think of making any changes in the way your customers are treated. I have been to other Chevy dealers for service in this area; NONE have given me the service I have experienced at Rinke. Buff Whelan was just plain terrible; Hamilton seemed not to have a clue. Both treated me like I was nothing more than a number for making money and reaching some sort of quota. Rinke treated me like I was a next door neighbor....great service makes a great dealer.
